Token Launchpad

Creators can launch tokens with ease using the Basis proprietary smart contract framework, with varying degrees of stability, picked on one dial with six families: Stable+ (H100), Utility+ (H50 to H90), Floor+ (H1 to H40), Meme+ (R50 to R10), Yolo+ (R90 to R60) and Yolo (R100). Stable+ is up-only, Utility+ and Floor+ have a rising floor, and Meme+, Yolo+ and Yolo play like memecoins. The dial runs 1-100 on chain, on the normal (H) or the reversed (R) curve. Creators earn fees on transaction volume, paid in the main's pair asset (USDG on the first main), not tokens.

Creator Fee: a fee you set yourself, up to 1% of every trade on your token. It is 0 until you set it in the Dev Panel, and it is paid as trades happen, in the main's pair asset.

Loan Fee Sharing: Earn 20% of every loan and leverage fee paid on your token.

Holder Rewards: hold a rewards token to earn from its rewards fee.

Ethical Cash-Out: Take profits via 100% LTV loans against tokens without selling.

Simple Token Creation

Three-Step Process:

Step 1: Metadata. Token name, symbol, description, icon image, optional social links.

Step 2: Tokenomics. Starting liquidity (a depth setting, 10% to 1,000% of the standard depth), presale size (a number of tokens sold before open trading; it can be zero), the token's family on the dial (Stable+, Utility+, Floor+, Meme+, Yolo+ or Yolo), holder rewards on or off. Optional: Freeze token (needs a presale), Auto-vesting (1 to 990 days).

Starting liquidity is not deposited capital. The creator pays nothing to establish it, so launching needs no liquidity and has no creation fee today.

Step 3: Review and Launch. Summary > single contract call > network gas.

In the app, every token starts at 1.00 of its main's pair asset ($1.00 on a USD pair). The app offers no custom start price.

Fair, Transparent Launch

Presale (optional): the creator can sell a set number of tokens before open trading, at the normal curve price, optionally to a whitelist with per-wallet caps counted in tokens, and optionally auto-vested. When the presale sells out the token trades freely.

Holder rewards (optional, chosen at creation, permanent): on a rewards token every holder earns a share of the token's rewards fee in proportion to the tokens held, paid in the pair asset of the token's main and claimable at any time. The share follows the token when it is sold or transferred. Rewards pay nothing until the creator sets a rewards fee. Predict+ market tokens have no holder rewards.

No Pre-Allocation: Creators purchase alongside public, no insider advantage.
